About me

Welcome to my e-den, guys. I use this space to share with you some of my creative moments in life. It's also an outlet for my thoughts that love commemoration. I like poetry and I hope to be able to write deep and eloquent poems here some day.

I find meaning in learning and creating. You'll find me trying something new on a regular basis and it's what keeps me going. I am really drawn to people and absolutely love to be surrounded by my favorites. Although, my occasional shyness gets in the way of calling myself an extrovert. I'm a chronic over-thinker and I wish to correct that. Well, should I really though? Hmmm...

I work at a think tank and do biofuels policy research for a living. I like to think I'm very intelligent and funny but I get proven wrong a lot. I love trekking mountains, camping on mountains, even just looking at mountains and taking photos of mountains. I enjoy playing a good variety of sports and music, although my incompetence really comes in the way of my becoming famous. And I find self-deprecating humor to be quite witless.

I like cats and coffee and caramel and chocolates and Chennai and Chicago and comedy and cliches (really) and cars and cycling and cliffs and clear waters and creativity and cuteness and basically all things that start with the letter C. I believe in Compassion over passion and Courage over rage. Cheesy over no cheese.

I'll leave you with a picture of one of my favorite spots - Cracker lake in Montana. In the mountains, of course. The color of the water is naturally turquoise due to glacial silt deposition. It was a 7 mile hike to reach here with some pretty steep climbs along the way. Isn't it beautiful?
